the nutritionist at my surgeon's office gave me a list of what was required. I could use the brands they recommend or get something equivalent. I bought them from Amazon after reading the reviews of other buyers regarding taste, etc. The price on Amazon is fairly decent, more so than in a vitamin store .
Good luck with your journey, I am 9 days post sleeve, galls bladder removal and hiatal hernia repair and I am doing well.

I also bought liquid adult Tylenol on amazon.... That is all I took after getting home, I never felt the need for the narcotic pain med

I bought the centrum adult chewables, orange flavor and not bad... I have the Citrus Calcium wafers with Vit D, I don't like the taste but take something to drink right after it and there is no after taste. I also have the cherry flavor vitamin B12 sublingual tablets.. they taste wonderful! It is almost like having a treat

I take Celebrate multi-vitamins, once a day, and Up Cal powder added to my water 3 times a day. I got the Celebrate vitamins on Amazon. com and the Up Cal from the pharmacy at the hospital where my surgeon is. The powder is tasteless and I add it to my water with whatever flavor I am going to drink. Makes it easy as I HATE taking pills. I take the vitamin in the morning with my protein shake.

Bariatric Advantage were recommended by my doctor. Too expensive for my taste, so I bought my vitamins at my grocery store.
I agree. I bought my first order of calcium citrate soft chews and multivatiman soft chew from Bariatric Advantage. I absolutely love them but for me the price is too high. Still looking for something in my price line that taste great.
