Sugar drop

My sugar used to be high, but after surgery it was great but now it seems to be getting two low not long after I eat, or if I don't eat at my regular time, ugh. I need to stay on track and eat more protein, but it is hard when you go to a picnic, not alot of great choices

I need to get busy, I am so close to my goal, but I am at a stand still, that treadmill is calling my name, but I haven't been listening. We can do this Christine, we need to be the ones who reach our goal and stay there. I really need some one to help me, my friend has been busy lately and I started a new job, so I haven't been exercising lately

How far away from goal are you? I'm sure that treadmill is screaming at you. Get back on it and shut it up. I've been pretty stagnant for about a month. Exercise has not been on my radar. Have had a migraine every day for 2 months. The street has been screaming at me to walk. Walked a whopping 10 minutes yesterday with the puppy. Was in a boat load of pain when I was done. I guess I need to do what I can. Working with neurologist to try to get rid of migraines. Makes it very hard to walk because of the pain. Started this week to work on diet since that is something in my control. We can do this!!!

I'm 25 lbs away on my scale, probably about 28 lbs away on the official one at the hospital, seeing that number makes it look so easy, but it is not, it comes off so easy in the beginning, and then it stops, I am going to get on that treadmill tonight if it kills me, right now I'm waiting for someone to text me back so I can run to town otherwise I would be on it now, I do hope they get back to me soon, thanks for the kick in the butt, I am going to do it

10 minutes is better than none, did you try a little caffeine for your headache, I know we are not suppose to have it but if it helps, I would try a cup of tea or coffee with caffeine in it

You can taste the end, I'm sure. I'm 83 away, but I had a lot more to lose. It does seem to be a lot easier in the beginning. Glad I could kick you in the butt. Now I could use your kick. :)

I just got off the treadmill, I spent a half hour on that thing, and now it is your turn, it's time to get up off of that couch, put the bonbons down lol and start walking, 10 min today, 11 min tomorrow until you get up to a half hour, you can do it, and I am going to start a new post on here for us to check in with our exercise, so we have to do it, I think it would be good for both of us, just so we keep moving

Good job on getting on the treadmill. I will walk 10 minutes tomorrow and post it. Have to be accountable. Good idea to do it with each other!

For whatever it's worth, I found an 100% ACID-FREE coffee that is just wonderful! No tummy upsets with either regular or decaf.. and the decaf is Swiss Water process so is best for the body. And it's 100% organic too :) I found it at Tyler's Acid Free Coffee - Caffeinated. Take care!

Ew. Give me hot chocolate, tea even. But not coffee. Lol. I think it's an acquired taste that I just can't acquire. I appreciate the fact that your made the suggestion. I know some of our buddies on here like the stuff.
