I will start the pre op diet on the 7th. Kinda started today to see what I'd like. I can tell you. I am very hungry. It's gonna take every ounce of will power to stick to it. So I'll be calling all coaches.

You're absolutely right. I waited and made major lifestyle changes. I think I can starve for two weeks. Lol. It's wow! But I'm quite sure it'll pay off. Thank you

i'am on diet now its hard but I want to get used to it before surgery I'am seeing a nutritionist who helping me with everything.They say I need protein drink and vitamins.so now how you feel good luck
