Advice on shopping list.

With my surgery just a bit over a month away (June 6), I am thinking of things I can buy in advance as far as supplements and food items. I was told I need to take a chewable multi-vitamin, Calcium- Citrate w/ vitamin D, and a sub-lingual Vitamin B12. What about a Protein Supplement? I have seen many posts where people have talked about adding protein powder to their food and even water. Anyone want to share what they have used and where they get them? Obviously I do care about quality, but also cost. Some of these supplements can be very pricey.

I was told it was ok to use the Six Star protein powder from walmart. A big container is about $20 and has around 20 servings I believe. The vanilla is good, but the strawberry is not.

Premier protein from sams is the way to go, they have pre made shakes, powder, and protein water. 30 grams of protein in the shakes and 20 grams in the water!!!!!
