losing the weight

Hey thanks to those who replied to say hi. I'm working out like crazy an hour a day and watching my protein intake, but am struggling with how slowly my body is responding to the weight. Is anyone out there frustrated about how little they feel like there lossing ? Is a hundred pounds a number that can really be achieved?

There are a ton of successful people here that have gone beyond losing 100 lbs. so yes, it can most definitely be achieved! It just didn't happen for anyone overnight or even in the first few months, it takes time and effort. I think it might help with your frustration if you take things just "one pound at a time" and enjoy watching the scale go down in numbers not up! Keep up the good work! :)

Don't forget as you work out you build some muscle too and for a moment it slows the weight loss down but then BAM you bust out of that rut with some muscle that is all about burning fat and you drop drop drop
