So I am sitting at my computer and looking at the extensive list of vitamins needed, and frankly I am at a loss. What suggestions do you guys have for best flavors/brands.

They just all may be nasty! I don't like having to crush or chew such things. I had a real hard time finding the required vitamins. But ! I don't wish that on anyone else. NaturesPlus seems ok.

It's only for about three months. I now don't have to crush my pills and it is wonderful! This was three months after I had the RNY-gastric bypass.

Actually, I'm kind of looking into the Tespo liquid vitamin option. It's like a Keurig machine only it dispenses your daily vitamins in a little shot glass. They have a womens bariatric vitamin option. I've done a comparison chart between Building Blocks, Bariatric Advantage, Bari Melts, Flinstones, and the Tespo vitamins. It's really very comparable to the other options. I'm going to wait until I get my 6 month blood work done and discuss with doc at that time to see if it would be okay to switch, but I love the idea of not having to have melts everyday!
