Uh...pretend there is a skunk in the neighborhood and you're a block away from the house . Or when you find yourself feeling a little restless challenge yourself with something lIke a stretch and a yawn. Work your way from there. It's hard to exercise when you just plain don't feel like it. Maybe If someone bugged (motivated) you enough that would help. So finding a partner or coach. I need to hush and get in a leg lift or two. Wish you the best. ;)

Ok. Ya'll could start of by trying window shopping. I spend at least an hour walking around shopping for things I can't buy. So maybe 10 minutes of that would be actually moving. Then I have to try to make it back to where I parked. Whew!

Your right it was hard at first for me to get moving. But now I enjoy going out for that 45-60 min walk. But then r was told that because i'm not getting enough callories in that the walking is too much right now And that I won't lose weight.

That makes no sense... o_O walking is never going to be 'too much.' Walking is what needs to be done everyday, especially after the surgery to avoid blood clots and complications. And movement of any kind is great! So congrats on getting a 45-60 minute walk in! That is awesome! What they should have told you is that while you are not getting enough calories in you might not see a drop in weight immediately, but that your walking is building up the muscles in your legs and thighs, improving your circulation, and increasing the strength you have, therefore helping your system kick start your weight loss. :D As you climb in calories, your new strength will help you drop the weight! I'm pretty sure like 95% of the paperwork I brought home from the surgeon had WALK, WALK, WALK all over it. He had me up and walking an hour after my surgery and told me to never stop!
