has anyone add running to their routine

I recently started the walk and run routine to my exercise. Has anyone else out there tried this? Have you had to eat more often or add protein to supplement the additional calories burned?

Umm...nope. breasts too big. Running just looks like a fight gone solo. Trying to find the right sports bra and wrestling inot it...well no running.

I am not running, nor really plan to :p but I do workout for nearly 2 hours a day, and the surgeon told me just to make sure I was taking in a little more protein, (around 20-30 grams) after each workout. I haven't had any issues with anything so far. :)

Yeah, I do feel a little more protein is needed.

I had my surgery on Jan, 10 and started running again last week. I haven’t noticed anything, but I do intake a lot of protein.
