    Protein shots

    A lot of those "protein shots" are very low quality protein. I never suggest those to friends. I am not a fan of those at all. Heard to many bad things about those! Not saying they are horrid but just saying it gets better!

    I need to get my sleep apnea looked at. I definitely think I have somewhat of a bad case of it.
