    Is having a Support Group important to you??

    Support groups are extremely important to me. There are none in my town or in the surrounding towns. I depend on Yahoo! groups and this one.

    Surgery February 5

    I have my surgery on the fifth of February. I will be having an RNY at University of Washington. I have lost 60 pounds already from my highest. Thank you for the prayers and support.
