      Hello Cal,

I am doing well, thank you, for asking. I have been very busy at work here as of late and will stay busy for the next year or so. A lot of my online postings were done during slack times but some long term projects have just come to fruition. My weight loss has come to its natural end. I am at a healthy weight and maintaining it is not a problem, so I have no complaints. My issues with blood pressure and diabetes are much more manageable; they were my main concerns which lead me to surgery. I attend my regular support meeting too stay strong. I weigh fifteen pounds less than I did thirty-three years ago when I married my wife. So all in all, I'd call it a success story. I could use a little tummy and thigh tuck but at my age it's more vanity than necessity.

So I looked at your profile and you seen to be progressing really well, congratulations! There was never any doubt in my mind that you would be anything less than an achiever.

Forgive me for intruding, you must be busy with school starting. But I was wondering what became of your workout troubles? Did you ever get to the bottom of what was the cause of your collapse during your workout session? I found your experience interesting and I am curious as to how you managed to resolved your problem.
