    Maintaining weight now and doing well

    Congratulations Ralph! I haven't been around lately with life stepping in. I 15 months out and still trying to lose my last 15 lbs. I keep moving forward. I even ran a 5k something my former 330 lbs self would have never of dreamed of.

    Pain

    I didn't use and pain medication after the rny. I take tylonol for headaches now but I find with proper exercise and water I don't get the headaches like before the surgery.. best of luck

    get a to do list set goals and check them off attend support meetings look yourself in the mirror and admit to yourself that you are worth the effort and work remember it is not a punishment it is a god sent

    Unable to eat

    I am at one year and just now consume around 800 calories per day. During my first few months I averaged around 450. Almost all of my calories were protien as I was drinking three protein shakes per day and eating things like greek yogurt and eggs. It does get better and it is a little unnerving...

    I couldn't tell you about all the medical questions but as for the constipation, add benefiber to every protein shake. Ask your team first but this helped me. good luck and keep the questions coming

    Hair loss

    it does grow back. I have fine hair and was scared of the process but everything worked out. My hair loss lasted about 3 months then I saw all these wild little hairs standing up on my head. I had to get creative to keep them in check.

    2 weeks since Gastric Bypass

    Welcome I am an Unjury fan myself. Be sure you are taking an hour or two to drink the protein shake. It isn't meant to be drank quickly. Another thing to look at is there any sugar of any kind in the drink. Best wishes

    how long after surgery can i walk?

    I was up within 30 min. The day I went home is the only day I didn't do to much. I just wanted to sleep, after that it was walk and walk and try to get in activity. No lifting anything heavy was the only limit put upon me. Hope that helps
