Stopped all my vitamins because I'm an idiot lol

My nutritionist at my surgeon's office told me before I had surgery that if I wanted a successful outcome over the long hall to always take my vitamins, calcium and minerals every day for the rest of my life. She said many people who stop, will end up in the hospital and do severe damage to...

3 weeks post op in Texas.

Stay away from too much sodium, too many carbs, too much fat, and load up on protein, eat tiny amounts often, don't let yourself get super hungry.. eggs chicken breast, lean meats, fish will help you feel satisfied and help you lose weight fast, that's about it.

Before my Gastric Bypass I looked at food and gained weight. After my Bypass I lost 200 lb in 15 months. I followed my surgeon's instructions to the letter and the weight melted away easily. I was never hungry but my surgeon gave me a 2 ounce new stomach. Doesn't take much food to fill up full...

    Feeling Alone

Some men are not happy to have their girlfriends /wives lose weight. Sometimes they feel jealous. In the end you need to do this for yourself. My husband died in 2010, and in 2011 I almost died from failing health (Pulmonary Embolism) Since I lost 200 lb all my health issues have turned around...
