I forgot to post sorry. I pulled a muscle in my leg and was told no stairs, jogging or such for two weeks. I was also told my protein intake was to low for the level of workout and to add a shake a day. I get to start working out again this weekend so I will let you know how that goes.

      Thanks for asking :)

      Dennis,

Wow, you minced no words with sharoni50. I loved it, so many times I want to scream, "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING WRONG, THEN STOP DOING IT AND DO THE RIGHT THING!" Sometimes people just need a slap in the head to wake them up. I tried to follow your advise with some additional ideas.

How are you doing these days? I'm down to 228 and only have 33 pounds to my goal. Getting there slowly but surely. Hope you have a great Independence Day.

Thanks Dennis, it was a real shocker to me. I didn't realize how much I've lost, though I knew the number. Seeing the picture really made it hit home. Still have a bit to go, but getting there.

That is so great you are doing so well. You'll be as thin as a rail before you know it.

      yes thank you for asking!:)
I called the nutritionist and she decided I needed to add a shake. My goal to loose before surgery was 25 pounds but I passed that a long time ago. I am amazed at how fast the weight loss is going on this diet.
