    Hi All, Happy to report I hit the 50 lbs mark !! I more lb and I am under 200 !! So excited! Hope everyone is doing good! :cool:
    Good for you! I went to a follow-up with my surgeon's office Friday. I had been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds for the past several months & was frustrated, but knew that not counting my calories was the reason why. I'm determined to get under the 200 mark, so I thought I'd do the 5 day pouch re-set that is posted on here & I've heard others talk about. Although it calls for 2 days of liquid protein, 1 day of softer stuff like eggs and tuna, 1 day of crumbled protein like ground beef/turkey, etc. & then the 5th day of starting to add your regular foods and really journal and count calories again, I varied mine a bit. I found during the first day of all liquid, I didn't necessarily feel uncomfortably hungry or anything, but I was nauseated a few times and did not sleep well that night. I added the eggs and tuna on day 2. I'm on day 3 & can feel the difference! I have lost 5 pounds & I feel energized. Good luck to you & take care!

    Hi LauraLeigh, I just saw your reply now ! I haven't got this down pat yet ! I just am getting over a 3-4 week illness that was very challenging food wise. I am feeling better than I was and am very grateful for it ! First time food tasted right in weeks, when I tried to eat, that is. Onward and upward! I hope this finds you doing well.:)
    Doing good until 4 or 5 days ago and then I started getting nauseous, couldn't eat, running to the bathroom. I'm starting to feel better today. We finally got my blood sugars regulated. I guess it's a learning process. I'm still glad I had it done !!:) Nice to hear from you !
    Thank you. I was 8 weeks this past Wednesday, so you're not that far behind me. :) How are you feeling?
