Good for you! I went to a follow-up with my surgeon's office Friday. I had been losing and gaining the same 5 pounds for the past several months & was frustrated, but knew that not counting my calories was the reason why. I'm determined to get under the 200 mark, so I thought I'd do the 5 day pouch re-set that is posted on here & I've heard others talk about. Although it calls for 2 days of liquid protein, 1 day of softer stuff like eggs and tuna, 1 day of crumbled protein like ground beef/turkey, etc. & then the 5th day of starting to add your regular foods and really journal and count calories again, I varied mine a bit. I found during the first day of all liquid, I didn't necessarily feel uncomfortably hungry or anything, but I was nauseated a few times and did not sleep well that night. I added the eggs and tuna on day 2. I'm on day 3 & can feel the difference! I have lost 5 pounds & I feel energized. Good luck to you & take care!
