Hello, Im jodie. A single mother of two. I have been doing my liquid diet for a week and a half now, surgery is on the 11th. I had some issues with the liquid diet. I was getting head aches from not eating so much. drinking protien shakes for 4 days i had to eat. so im going back on the diet tomorrow..hopefully i will be able to last. Im struggling. Im very excited about the surgery. I am ready. Any advice anyone can give me is good.
