I agree enjoy it is coming off quick. If you feel good then your body is getting rid of your extra! That's what we all want! And yes the plateaus, I have had one go back and forth a few pounds for over a month.... so not fun! Come off of one and all the sudden down 5 lbs. That happened to me...

To all of you with up coming surgeries, I know it is hard not to have no worries. I was in the same boat just before Nov. 14 last year but it is so worth it. I am about to embark on a 100 pound weight loss which takes me to a weight that i was in my early 20's. I am so happy these days...

If you get solid food why don't you have just tastes or what ever you can tolarate of the food your husband is eating? I had my surgery just before Thanksgiving last year and i just nibbled on Thanksgiving dinner and that worked for me. Just an idea that way you don't feel left out. Happy...

2 months and a few weeks i can wear xl regular womans clothes instead of plus sizes! To anyone thinking about getting wls done, do it you will never look back. I always look forward and see the goal soon a reality. :D
