    Hello everyone. I had roux-en-y gastric bypass surgery on December 27, 2011.

    I am now three months out of surgery and have lost 50 pounds. Taking me a little tile to figure out what foods I can eat without getting sick. I have another 30 at lease to lose and would like to lost maybe 40 more. Hope everyone else is doing well.

    Linda, I was like that too at first. Didn't know what it was like to feel full. One I started eating regular foods I could barely eat a lot at all. Just do as your dietician tells you and you will be fine. Be patient. Mindy
