Well I haven't been here in a while but i'd like to say that things are going okay, I had a two pound gain but nothing to fret over cause it was just water but i am excited to say that WOOHOO my date is May 16th and i am sooooooo excited i can hardly stand it... I met with my surgeon Dr. Murphy...

Thanks Pat.... you definately have a good idea about the reading i am so anxious and i know you know this feeling all too well i am just sooooo excited i know well i hope they approve mine pretty quick too so i can get on the losers bench with all of you, oh yeah almost forgot i'm down another...

Hey Aly, well i'm not quite there yet, but, i am actually doing a liver reduction plan so i know all about those hunger pains lol but you hang in there and the reward will be beneficial in the long run.... good luck... Motiv8ed:D

@ Tom and Aly thanks for the input, yeah i've been on a supervised diet the whole time, and now they have had me on something called the liver reduction which only consists of protien, non starchy veggies 1% milk, jello and peanuts, and they also required that i be smoke free for eight months...
