I have found that I like the fusion powders especially the strawberry shortcake one I tryed the UNJURY packets there's no difference with the both... I have another appointment Tuesday,I'm not sure if this is the last one..I have moved my wii fit exercise workout up2 time's a day and a walk now...

i like the fusion protein mix i get my at the hospital gift shop or ebay has them as well fushion also has vitmans... I have my last bundle the 24th when did u get your surgery date.... Good Luck

Hello everyone I went to my second boundle appointment today and since the 6th I have lost 8 lb...I have one more appointment with the Drs nurse then hoping to get the surgery date.. I wish the weather would get nicer so I can go for my walks:D Nancy

I have been doing the wii fit at home I also joined a gym member ship called Fit for Life Just waiting the scholarship to get approved for te gym...My leg is bothering me today bu I still did the wii fit Hope everyone is having a good day...

I'm having this surgery done just don't know when yet I have two more appointments the last appointment is at the end of the month..I will be glad to have this done as I need to lose at least 100 lbs which I can't on my own I have been over weight all my life I hope i can get this done Nancy

Had my bundle appointment it was just blood work,, chest xray ,,,ultra sound of the kidneys,physical thryph (PT),according the hospital scale i lost a 1lb...My said 4 lbs... Next Friday I have counseling and Nutrition.... Hope everyone has a good weekend Nancy;)

I have been thinking about having this done for a few year's and don't know why I didn't just do it then,,I think me wanting to have this done is when I started having bladder issue's I saw a speacialist and the Dr suggested that I lose 100 lbs yah right I can't even lose a 1 lb let alone 100...
