My BMI was 35 when starting. I had high blood pressure, gerd, overactive bladder. My BMI was 33 at time of surgery. They used initial 35 bmi.

The hospital bed was uncomfortable because they had a pad that would press up air to different parts of my back for circulation like they do your legs. They had an alarm on the bed if you tried to get out on your own. I got out on day 3. I'm 13 days post-op. Getting easier.
