Relax! You are only 2 weeks out and your body is going through a lot . You will hit patches were the scale stops for awhile and even goes up a little. My first month was not that great but I am down 130 lbs in 8 months and feel great. 40 to 50 lbs in the 1st month is crazy and not the norm...
