Thanks Thank you. Just had my one week check in and I'm down 22 pounds. Looking forward to this I know I won't be losing that much but ready for the change.

It happens For me it was chicken. I'm at an advantage because this is my second time around. I had a revision so I know exactly what I can can can not do. I will say chewing well and slowly are big keys and smaller bites. Be patient and it will get better.
