No cook oatmeal (more like granola)

1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

Blend all three ingredients and pour into a jar or container and cover. Refrigerate overnight. I add cinnamon, raisins, and 2 1/2 packets of Splenda. I also find that it tastes even better if you let it refrigerate for 2 nights. When it's ready to eat I add some slivered almonds. You should get 3 1/2-cup servings. You can also add blueberries instead of the cinnamon and raisins. Unlike the raisins and cinnamon which go in during the initial preparations, you add the fruit when you are ready to eat. Of course, check with your nutritionist who may or may not like some of the ingredients listed here, like the almonds. But I am now almost 1 1/2 years out from surgery and have reached goal weight. But still, I would have loved to have had the basic recipe when I could only eat oatmeal, Greek yogurt, skim milk, cinnamon and Splenda.

Sounds interesting.

I love oatmeal and greek yogurt and all the ingredients you mention.

However, you don't cook the oatmeal????

Hmmmmm
