I am living the biggest fears

Hi, my name is Christine. My starting weight was 325, I am 5'3 . I was very successful with the gastric sleeve,in 1 year I got down to 160 pounds.
Then I became a truck driver. Not being able to excersise,sliding into eating very poorly,I am now back up to 230. I was doing so well,and now I am doing so poorly. I went to the Dr. Today and was once again classified as morbidly obese. I am new to the area,I know no one except my husband. He also had the sleeve and our success and failure match. I am looking for like minded (weight loss goal oriented) people to go hiking with. I realize its too hot right now for long safe hikes,but soon. In the meantime,I hope to take advantage of planet fitness. Anyone interested?

Hello, welcome to the group, I can't help you with the planet fitness thing but me and another friend on this site started a exercise tracker post, everyday we post what exercise we did that day, this way we can give each other feed back and encouragement, you are welcome to join us, we were hoping more would, and if we don't exercise we put that on there too, it just helps motivate us to do it everyday, or almost everyday good luck
