I am 2 months out and still have trouble wanting to exercise Ive not been much of an exerciser over the past few years because of arthritis and fibro, anyone else having a problem or does anyone have suggestions for me?

I don't know if it is an option where you are, but I've started walking using an underwater treadmill at the local gym. It drastically reduces soreness and aches that usually accompany exercise and walking. I would absolutely love to own one, but can't afford it, they come with too large a price tag. People of every age use them and they are highly recommended by the PT's in town. Plus you can start off as slow and easy as needed and over time work your way up :) I started off super slow and just walked for 30 minutes, and I've been able to step things up as I go. Just keep in mind if you are able to do this, water is deceptive in that you somewhat 'float' while working out, so it seems like you aren't doing too much, which can lead to 'over doing' things. (Yes, guilty of that for sure!) The water resistance while walking or swimming is really what makes the workout so effective. I found out pretty quick that I was super exhausted after walking, so I stepped things back down until I could adjust to what I was doing. As far as aches and pains, I don't have any after working out. I finally feel like I've found something I can do that won't turn me away from exercise and it's something I can improve on as I heal more and adjust to this new lifestyle. :D I hope your able to find something that works for you!
