Help counting calories

Does anyone know what is the bariatric site that counts all your calories, and tells you if you're eating enough protein or not???
You put in everything that you eat, and this site breaks things down for you to see.

Not totally sure what you are looking for but here are a few and you might find the one you seek?

Websites - Bariatric Skinny, fitday.com, myfitnesspal.com
Phone/Tablet Apps: Baritastic, MyFitnessPal, Lose it!

I personally use baritastic on my phone, it is a very versatile app that allows me to either input info myself, or I can scan an item and it will apply the nutritional value of what I'm eating in a daily food log that adds everything and keeps you on track throughout the week. It also tracks weight, inches lost, daily water intake, days since surgery, and BMI.

Although, just to be clear, I don't count calories and I don't plan on starting. The app does count the calories, but I ignore it and focus on the protein. Both the surgeon and nutritionist strongly encourage quality of food over quantity of food. The nutritionist pointed out that I could have 12 oz can of soda at 85 calories, or I could have a glass of milk at 115 calories. If I were just counting calories I would end up with the soda, however the soda is made up of calories from refined carbohydrates and sugars, whereas the calories in the milk are coming from a combination of lactose carbohydrates, a small amount of fats, and protein.

Anyway, I hope your able to find what you are looking for!
