Hi... just found this page. Three weeks post op.. hows it going?

I skipped my dr and called my insurance company to see what I needed to do to be able to get surgery. I followed all the guidelines and requirements, proof of the previous attempts to loose weight and such. It's a shame our drs dont support such a useful tool to give us such a healthy life...

I purchased a book off Anazon with recipes. It's called eating well after weight loss surgery. I am 3 weeks out but looking forward to trying
