    What's the most recent book you've read?

    "Use Your Brain to Change Your Age" by Daniel G. Amen is an excellent read. It goes into how your brain is the most powerful tool you have and how to slow, even reverse the aging process; simply by using ones brain. I found it easily worded and light to read. I nice add to anyone's home library.

    Awesome work :) that's great you are finding healthy routines that fit in to your daily schedule. I think that something we could all do more often.

    Anxiety, surgery one month away. So scared!

    I always find meditating and yoga to be the most effective route in reducing anxiety. Both of which can be difficult though (especially pre op). Try counting backwards from 100 with deep, slow breathes. Contacting your doctor though is always a recommended option. Best of luck. Stay strong!!
