Just an update guys it was due to me being unable to keep anything down, food or water. It has/had me dehydrated. Thanks for being so encouraging.

I'm probably too late responding, but I would suggest discussing this with your doctor. Your doctor has a better view of your health. Choosing the liquid diet SHOULD be fine as long as you get your PROTEIN in. I'm sorry it took so long for me to respond. I've been under the weather so to say.

That's wonderful. I'm more than sure you will be at mark. Make sure you wear the same clothes you wear at home for your weigh. Some clothes choices can put a few on. Well we will be October twins. I am scheduled for mine next week October 12th.
