Great advice. I feel like I'm drowning in fluids, but admittedly I was doing better with getting them in up until a couple of days ago. I'll have to be better about tracking them, too. I have a few apps and haven't decided on one I believe I'll actually use.

Thanks. It's feeling and looking more normal now. I'm a week post DS and am a little discouraged and worried because I am actually feeling hungry. Really didn't think I would be for a few weeks as things healed.

Hi. Pardon the butt-in, but these shakes are really getting to me, too. Surgery (DS) is on the 21st of December (the day after tomorrow), and I am on day 13 of the pre op diet. The first week was two shakes, two Bariatric Advantage snacks, 64 Oz of fluids, and a "lean and green" meal...

I'm excited, nervous and did I mention excited? Having SIPS (DS with single anastomosis). I'm doing the liver cleanse now and am slightly struggling with the taste and consistency of the Bariatric Advantage shakes. Anyone else?
