Yes I understand Just how you feel! I'm now four months post-op and have only lost about 35lbs. What's going on?? I know they say it's better to lose it slowly but I've expected to have lost more than what I have at this point. I'm just going to keep doing the best I can.
Thanks. And yes that helps me a whole lot, I'm still battling the journey of trying to get the 64 oz of water. I'm only able to do about 3 bottled of the 16.9 fl oz a day and it's been four months now. But I won't stop until I get there. I still get full fast but I know this will get better to...

Hi Keri, I'm also new here and I feel you on this. After my surgery I list about 12lbs then nothing for weeks. I got so discouraged thinking I didn't even have the surgery. I wouldn't Even get near my scales to check my weight. But last week I got brave and got on them and saw that I had gone...
I agree. I bought my first order of calcium citrate soft chews and multivatiman soft chew from Bariatric Advantage. I absolutely love them but for me the price is too high. Still looking for something in my price line that taste great.
Hi. Sherry tks for your encouragement. I'm going to keep up the walking and work on getting in more water and protein. Though I'm still having problems feeling full and eating every two hours it's very hard to get the food in.
