My appointment went well, they reassured me that it is very common for the weight loss to stall, while your body is adjusting. They were happy that I joined this site. I agree, I am grateful that I can take this journey with others.

I am new to this site, I had my surgery 4weeks ago. Last week I lost 3 pounds,but this week I have lost 0. I am getting very discouraged. Has this happened to anyone else ? Any advice would be great. Thanks
