Hi Donna, That is fabulous Thank you, I am trying to stay positive and thank you for reminding me to celebrate the small accomplishments. It's so nice to find others that have been there and pushed through and are making great strives after surgery.

I just had my surgery in September of 2017 and I am a bit discouraged the scale is showing some loss but I don't see the differences in my clothes or the way I look. It's hard to keep up momentum when you don't visibly see the changes. I am working out an hour a day and getting 60-80 grams...
