hi I'm Pam I'm new to and haven't had my surgery yet,I have to lose 17 pounds for insurance to cover mine so I'm having hard time losing it,its hard, but glad your on here and we all need each other so anytime you wanna talk I'm here for you.
I workout 3 to 4 times a week I do weights, and walking,I can't do a lot cause I need a hip replacement and knee replacement also, but have to lose weight for that first also, but I use a tracker on my phone to track my steps I walk, and it helps.
Well I already had them but just been scared to take them, but am going to try tomorrow,I'm having stomachs issues,I think its the benefited 3 times a day that is not helping at all,but its hurting my tummy bad..like my colon is in a lot of pain.
Congrats to all of you, hope all your dreams come true, and all is well, and hope y'all have a wonderful Christmas.and hope y'all keep me updated and give any advice, ill take it
Hi hojo I use my fitness pal its great one and underarmor that comes with it that tracks your steps,of course I have to carry phone with me,but that's fine,so it tracks everyday what you eat n drink and your exercise, and steps.its awesome,I like it.just a suggestion.
Thank you hojo for info, yeah I've been doing this diet and planning for over a year really,so I'm excited about surgery and then they, the insurance only gives me so long to do it or they deny me,so its a lot to take in. I need a new life for me that's for sure,I've lost a lot,in last few...
So why can't I go on it now to lose my 17 pounds before surgery? Would that help me lose, like do the shakes and maybe some broth, cause I no i can do it I don't get hungry much anyway?
can you tell me what is the liquid that you do use,and is it before surgery,I'm needing to lose 17 pounds and I'm stuck, and was wondering if I should try a liquid diet to lose the 17 pounds if it would work, can you help me out?please.
thanks ya I eat low fat cottage cheese I love it,so that's prolly my problem I don't eat enough, like all I've had today is my shakes and water and half of a chicken pot pie,
