They talked about cross addictions in our classes before surgery, Kaiser is great about that, you are not alone, it is common. Please see your provider and get some help. I know you are not alone and there is support out there. Your provider should be able to point you in the right direction.

    Hair loss an hair color

You have done amazing. If anyone has comments about your thinning hair remember it is their issue, not yours. I would go bald if it meant I could be healthy. Keep your head up and don't worry about it.

im doing no exercise at all

Walking was my best bet after surgery. You don't have to set the world on fire, start with 10 minutes, even 5 and go from there. Grab a cart and walk around a store. Just leave your money in the car.

Talk to your doctor, and follow their advice to the letter, and keep after them to follow through. Also, if you are not already, get back on some great supplements to start getting healthy. Honor your husbands memory by taking care of yourself. I think he would approve.

    Hello

Most of us had to loose beforehand, but you are almost there. Just take it a day at a time, remember you have bad moments not bad days or weeks, and keep you eyes on the prize. For most procedures you have to loose some weight, and afterward you will have a tool, the surgery, to help you with...
