Had my surgery Dec. 13, 2014 at 238 it is now 07/28/2014 and I am 152.2 and feeling so much better. I actually feel like doing something other than sit around and watch tv. I too tried many diets (life style changes as they like to call them). I had a Gastric Bypass also and know you will do well.

I just received my date also, Dec. 13, and I am feeling excited and scared. Hope all goes well for both us and we receive the results we are working for. ;)
