hair loss is only temporary if you take all your vitimans and supplements that are prescribed doesn't last more than 5-6 months and it wil grow back. Linda

my doctor told me if you have problems from sagging skin like gaulding from sweating etc. complain so they can log it in your chart. the more they can show that its charted alot of insurance companys will then pay to have it removed.

finally able to sleep on my side some. that is a blessing in disguise. never was a back sleeper.

well made it out for awhile today. It was to cold to walk outside so went to local department store and walked around for an hour. really tired now but it sure felt good to get out, I think things are finally started to go the way they are suppose to.

nausea meds working. today was the first day since the surgery that I felt almost normal. gonna try and get out tomorrow and do a little walking.

I've had alot of cortizone shots in my life. cortizone is known to weaken your muscles. and yes its very painful
