Please stay in close contact with your surgeon that is most important. I was drinking 1 ounce every 15min all day of high protein shakes premiere to make sure you get your protein in, plus it s a liquid. Hopefully you have anti nausea medicine for you too. Good luck.

I have had some issues with constipation relating to calcium, make sure your taking enough fluid and miralax works pretty good too. I called my surgeons office too for recommendations. Hope it helps, congratulations.
