Hello my friends. I wanted to let you know I posted another video on my YouTub channel about my 10 favorite non-scale victories I've had in the first six weeks since surgery
I am trying to concentrate much more on those victories than focusing on scale numbers. Of course scale numbers are part of our life as we are losing, but there are so many, many more positive things that happen.
If you are interested, please take a look and also, I have made it a goal to try to influence/motivate/help a thousand people to move toward better health.
