Well I had my 1 month checkup last week. All is good. Been exercising 5 days a week an hour a day. weight loss down to about a half a pound a day. Can eat solid foods now. About 100 pounds to go.
 
Wow, you are doing so good. Looks like 65 pounds in about a month. that is great! Good luck as you continue on this journey.
