I start pre-op Jan. 10th. I'd like to shop for the liquids for two weeks. Would like to mix it up so as not to get bored drinking thr same thing. Can anyone help?
Popsicles, crystal lite, broth, jello. I'm on the pre op diet it's nice to chew something even if it is jello.... Mentally make you feel fuller then just liquid.... I use protein powder to ensure I am still getting my 70-80 g of protein each day.
