So yesterday was the first day back to work for me after having my bypass surgery. I got to admit I was worried how I was going to get my protein and liquids in. I work for a college dining hall in the dining room cleaning off tables and running cash register so I am on the move with not a lot of down time. That being said, yesterday went pretty well. I was a little off target for what my doc wants me to hit protein wise but not to far off. So I am happy with myself. Pretty worn out when I got home but overall felt a lot better then I did last semester prior to the surgery!

Good on you for getting at least most of your protein/water. That can be hard when you first go back to work. Also, you'll get more energy every day so just hang in there.
