Had lap band surgery in 2010 and lost 60 lbs but had trouble with spitting up so had it removed 9/18/14 and had the bariatric surgery. Would like to lose another 50-60 lbs. Am interested in learning how I can lose more weight and stay healthy and would appreciate any suggestions on things that have worked to maintain good health and weight loss.
My boyfriend had the surgery a year ago, lost 70 lbs. and is off his insullin and diabetic medications and statin meds.
