Add liquid protein to your coffee instead of cream!!!

I love adding the cafe latte premier protein to my coffee in place of milk. It sweetens it, lightens it, and gives me a protein jump start in the morning!

That is exactly how I convinced myself coffee was okay back in the beginning lol Sadly, I do not actually enjoy any of the protein drinks, so I just use high protein milk.
