Has anyone had coffee? I believe I read somewhere regular coffee is a no-no. But does anyone drink decaf? While I was doing the pre-op diet, I learned to drink decaf with the Atkins vanilla shake as my creamer. It's a wonderful combination in my opinion! Anyhow, just wondering...

I was told to stop drinking reg coffee, something about the coffee removing water, not exactly sure so I drink decaf, they told me I could count it towards my liquids

My Surgeon told me that caffeine slows down the healing process in the body. I'll be 3 months out on the 16th of this month, and I'm hoping I can go back to drinking regular coffee, soon!!
