Dixie Diner Instant Mashers

Has anyone here tried the Dixie Diner Instant Mashers Potato Mix? It's something that we may consider carrying in the American Bariatrics Store. I've read good reviews for it, but I haven't actually tried it yet. I am a mashed potato lover, so I think I'm going to order one and give it a shot. Have any of you tried this ?

Never heard of it before but I was looking at some of the other things that Dixie Diner offers and I'm thinkin' you should also consider carrying their lemon meringue pie kit *LOL*
