Ugh, it is flu season and it seems to be everywhere! Type A, B, C and who knows how many more strains of it this year? The schools are shutting down, too many sick kiddos and in my area strep throat and pneumonia seems to be the added bonus when you get sick. 
I just picked up my own case of all three and oh does it do something fierce to just wipe away all of your energy! I do good to hit protein goals and vitamins daily, but it is a struggle, the last thing I want is anything to eat or drink, I would rather just sleep! I won't be on for a few days, maybe a week? It is such a struggle just to get through the day. I'm exhausted. I'll be back though when I've gotten over most of it. I hope all of you stay healthy and are able to avoid the bugs this season! See ya soon!
