    Damn I have been down for a week with gout in my big toe. Can't walk. Finally on the meds to clear it up. Now maybe in a couple of days I can get back to exercising....

    maybe you can do other exercises while sitting like lifting weights or stretches, keep moving

    Did they let you take prednisone? I was told that would be off limits after the sleeve surgery.

    If it's an NSAID they most definitely should not have. I hear it could cause bleeding .

    No more prednisone and no nsaids for me either.
