I recently started the walk and run routine to my exercise. Has anyone else out there tried this? Have you had to eat more often or add protein to supplement the additional calories burned?

Umm...nope. breasts too big. Running just looks like a fight gone solo. Trying to find the right sports bra and wrestling inot it...well no running.

I am not running, nor really plan to :p but I do workout for nearly 2 hours a day, and the surgeon told me just to make sure I was taking in a little more protein, (around 20-30 grams) after each workout. I haven't had any issues with anything so far. :)

Running isn't worth it for me. It's too rough on my knees. I'm often on the bike though.

Hey well that funny because I just injured my hip and am having to take it easy now. No running for a little while. Kinda bummed.

Wow! I hope your discomfort is gone by now. No more back flips, ok?
